Pay every supplier in one Friday run
Kitchen cards with limits, invoices matched to deliveries, one pay run for the group.
A card for every kitchen, with its own limit
Head chefs buy what service needs, inside a weekly limit you set for each kitchen.
Every invoice checked against the delivery
Suppliers email their invoices to Tilvo. Each one is matched to the signed delivery note, so you only pay for what arrived.

What finance asks first
Pick a topic. These are the questions we hear on almost every first call.
Will head chefs need training?
No. Chefs tap a card and photograph a delivery note. Invoices arrive by email without them, so service never waits on Tilvo.
Can a chef go over the limit on a busy Saturday?
Only if you allow it. Set a weekend top-up per kitchen, or let a declined payment come to finance to approve in one tap.
What if a card goes missing in the kitchen?
Freeze it from the app and a new virtual card is ready straight away, with the same limit and supplier rules.
How do suppliers send invoices?
The way they do now, by email. Each kitchen gets its own Tilvo address, and paper invoices can be photographed at the pass.
What happens with a short delivery?
The line is flagged, a credit note is asked for, and that amount is held back from Friday's run until it arrives.
Does it fit our accounts?
Matched invoices post to Xero, Sage or QuickBooks with the supplier, kitchen, nominal code and VAT already set.
Do we have to change banks?
No. Pay runs leave the business account you already have, by Faster Payments, once you approve them.
When do suppliers get paid?
Every Friday by 10:00, after one approval. Each supplier gets a remittance email listing the invoices paid.
Can we pay one supplier early?
Yes. Move any matched invoice into a same-day payment and it leaves within the hour, outside the Friday run.
